Stock’s Mayfield III Model at Lakewood Ranch
The four bedroom, four and a half bath Mayfield III residence features an open great room, island kitchen, and breakfast nook as well as a formal dining room, study, and an outdoor living area with a spacious conversation area, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor kitchen. Pocketing sliders open the great room to the outdoor space.
Salvatore’s design will merge the indoors and outdoors by bringing natural elements into the home. His color palette will include sandy-toned walls, pure white trim, and deep forest green accents. Neutral wood finishes have been incorporated into the look.
Dominica model in Westlake at West Bay Club in Estero
Designer Salvatore Giso, IDS, has completed the interior design for the Dominica single-family villa model by Gulfshore Homes in the Westlake neighborhood of West Bay Club in Estero.
Giso’s color palette and earthy, refined style will be established in the foyer where the white walls and trim will be contrasted by a rich chocolate brown cork wall covering in niches on both sides of the space. Transparent white dimensional art pieces will be set against the cork background. To convey the feeling of walking in a forest, a one-inch mother-of-pearl ceramic and abalone porcelain chicklet tile detail will be set into the main porcelain flooring at six-inch intervals to suggest twigs laying on the ground. A chandelier with circular elements that will be progressively smaller as they tier from top to bottom will be suspended from a gabled tongue-in-groove ceiling and allude to water flowing across a surface. The combination of elements will evoke a sense of walking outdoors.
Salvatore Giso completes interior for Madison model at Naples Reserve
Salvatore Giso, IDS has completed the interior design for Stock Signature Homes’ Madison model in the Parrot Cay neighborhood at Naples Reserve. The 2,947 square feet under air floor plan includes a great room and dining room with pocketing sliders that open to the lanai, a study, a spacious island kitchen, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a three-car garage. The lanai features a substantial conversation area, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a pool and spa. The master bedroom opens to an additional outdoor space.
Salvatore’s cohesive design combines effortless ease with a sense of casual luxury. His neutral color palette presents creamy beige walls with white and grey accents. Layers of texture and organic finishes are found throughout the home. The furniture selections feature clean lines and neutral hues. Porcelain tile flooring replicates vein-cut Travertine. The outdoor living area lends itself to Salvatore’s neutral color palette to allow a free flow between the indoors and outdoors.
