The 2,947 square feet under air floor plan includes a great room and dining room with pocketing sliders that open to the lanai, a study, a spacious island kitchen, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a three-car garage. The lanai features a substantial conversation area, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a pool and spa. The master bedroom will open to an additional outdoor space.

Salvatore’s cohesive design will combine effortless ease with a sense of casual luxury. His neutral color palette will present creamy beige walls with white and grey accents. Layers of texture and organic finishes will be found throughout the home. The furniture selections will feature clean lines and neutral hues. Porcelain tile flooring will replicate vein-cut Travertine. The outdoor living area will lend itself to Salvatore’s neutral color palette to allow a free flow between the indoors and outdoors.
