Merano model at Lakewood Ranch

Salvatore Giso, IDS have completed the interior design for Stock Custom Homes’ Merano model residence at Lakewood Ranch. Along with 3,600 square feet under air, the Merano also features 868 square feet of covered lanai space.

The floor plan includes three bedrooms plus a bonus room that can serve as a fourth bedroom, three baths plus a pool bath that also functions as a powder room, a study, a large great room, island kitchen, and dining area, and a three-car garage. The great room opens to a lanai with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, spa, and a pool with a sun shelf. The bonus room is being configured as a second master suite in the model.
